Congratulations Hleb Fedarovich!
Hleb Fedarovich took third place in Tenth Annual ACTR National Post-Secendary Russian Essay Contest for
the Heritage Learners, Level 3 catagory. We had over 100 students
from 45 institutions throughout the United States win gold, silver, bronze, or
honorable mention certificates.
