Stephanie Sheffield Scholarship:
This was created by Stephanie Sheffield and her family as part of their commitment to help C of C internationalize its curriculum. The scholarship is designed to promote travel abroad and overseas study of French business practices.

Scholarship value is $4000.00 which may be shared by a maximum of 2 recipients and is available for study in France.

Huguenot Endowed Scholarship:
This scholarship is established by the descendants of the Huguenots to celebrate annually the lives of these remarkable individuals and to recognize their accomplishments and contributions to the economic, social, religious and political life of South Carolina.

Kathleen Rivers Scholarship:
This scholarship was established by Kathleen Hudson Rivers, a well known supporter of the department of French and Francophone Studies. Because of her belief in the intrinsic value of studying abroad and the importance of learning foreign languages directly from native speakers, Kathleen Rivers created this endowed scholarship in realizing this exciting opportunity. The scholarship is available to students in French and Italian programs. Each program takes turns in the award. Students should check on the availability before applying.
