The School of Languages, Cultures, and World Affairs was born of a desire to formalize the College's commitment to global education. LCWA is home to the most comprehensive undergraduate foreign language program in the Southeast.
The Casa Hispana is a home where students studying Spanish can learn and grow with peers. The Casa Hispana hosts numerous events each semester and is welcome to all students interested in expanding their Spanish speaking skills.
The College of Charleston study abroad program in Havana, Cuba is designed for students majoring or minoring in Spanish, Latin American Caribbean Studies, International Studies and or others who can apply this study towards their degree program. (2:44)
